First Time Home Buyers Program (FHB)
Matching funds for your mortgage down payment
National Mortgage Alliance is product o be a participant in the First Time Home Buyer Program sponsored by the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of Atlanta. The program can provide matching funds of up to $5000 for down payment assistance.
To qualify, eligible homebuyers must:
- Have income at or below 80% of area median,
- Complete an approved homebuyer counseling program,
- Contribute a minimum of $500 of your own funds,
- Keep the home for at least 5 years
