Terms and Conditions for the Real Deal Guarantee:



To qualify for the Real Deal Guarantee, competing offers must be for a conforming loan product from a national lender, for the same borrower(s) with the exact loan requirements, loan program and interest rate as offered by National Mortgage Alliance. In addition, you must comply with these terms and conditions:

  • The competing Good Faith Estimate must show the loan program, interest rate (note rate), lender fees, discount points or rebate, and all other origination fees and lender or broker fees, as well as the loan term (repayment period), property address and borrower(s) names.
  • The competitors' rate and fees must be available on the competitors' website for the specific loan criteria shown in the GFE.
  • We are not able to control third party and government fees, such as appraisal, title, closing, recording fees and taxes, therefore they will not be considered in comparing competing offers and are not included in this guarantee.
  • This offer applies ONLY to:
    1. Borrowers who have not already locked their rate with National Mortgage Alliance.
    2. First mortgage loans (purchase or refinance) on the borrower’s primary residence.
  • Second homes, investor properties, and home equity mortgages or lines or credit are not eligible.
  • Relocation customers are not eligible.
  • Only one competing offer may be presented per eligible application.
To make a claim, you must:
  • Provide National Mortgage Alliance with proof that you closed according to the terms quoted in the competing GFE. Within 10 days after your loan is closed and funded, submit:
    1. Your HUD-1 closing statement
    2. A copy of the Promissory Note

If your claim submission meets all the terms and conditions outlined above, we will mail a check for $500 to the address listed on your claim.
